Halo-halo is a Filipino shaved ice dessert with evaporated milk and a mix of sweet toppings that give it a contrast of textures. Halo-halo literally translates to mix-mix.

In this silvana version, we've added jackfruit, nata de coco ( coconut jelly), macapuno (coconut strings) then drizzled with ube white chocolate.
